$0.99 generation fee
Each completed Stripe Checkout purchases one image-generation attempt for the selected product and portrait.
Provider or safety failure
If the service cannot produce a result, one replacement generation credit is restored automatically to your account. Refunds are not issued automatically.
Duplicate charges
Contact concierge@1wishwillow.com if you believe you were charged more than once for the same checkout. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed promptly.
